Lin Guolong is the third generation kiln owner of Shuili Snake kiln in Taiwan, director of the Water Snake kiln Culture Fund, Honorary Chairman of Taiwan Arts and Crafts Association, Honorary Chairman of Taiwan Nantou County sightseeing Industry Alliance Association, and Honorary Chairman of Taiwan Nantou County sightseeing Industry Alliance Association. Appointed associate professor of Taiwan National ZTE University, Chaoyang University of Science and Technology, Asia-Pacific Institute of Creative Technology, Nankai University of Science and Technology. He has served as a judge of more than 30 cultural and artistic design competitions in Taiwan; he has participated in works in Taiwan More than 60 ceramic exhibitions, won more than 20 honors and awards. Ren Junjun, vice president of our hospital, presided over the lecture.   In the lecture, Mr. Lin Guolong combined with his own life experience, told everyone that the ideal of life should be realized step by step. On the inheritance of ancient culture and craftsmanship, that in order to change thinking, only innovation can keep up with the pace of the times, he used cases to explain that creativity is everywhere. At the same time, Mr. Lin Guolong introduced that people need to have five abilities, that is, the ability to adapt to change, the ability to cooperate with others, the ability to deal with unknown, the ability to manage crises and the ability to have skills. In addition, the construction of cultural and creative industries, marketing and cross-border cooperation are also introduced in depth.

  At the end of the lecture, Dean Ren summed up the content of the lecture and expressed his own point of view. He made it clear that there would be no accumulation of steps, no way to reach thousands of miles, no small stream, no river and sea, only to determine the goal, grasp the direction, and finally there would be corresponding gains.
