On April 25, our hospital held a lecture on the appointment of visiting professors and the theme of Yan Zhenqing's sad and indignant Life in the lecture hall on May 1. Mr. Lan Ganwu, deputy editor-in-chief of calligraphy newspaper, was appointed visiting professor of art and design school of our university. He Huigang, vice president of Hubei Institute of Economics, presented Mr. Lan Ganwu with a letter of appointment on behalf of the school. Chen Yi, dean of the Institute of Art and Design, presided over the appointment ceremony, and Ren Junjun, representatives of teachers from various departments and more than 120 students attended the appointment ceremony.
After the appointment ceremony, Professor Lan Ganwu conducted a special academic lecture on Yan Zhenqing's sad and indignant Life, discussed Yan Zhenqing's family origin, then introduced Yan Zhenqing's life chronology in detail, and finally gave Yan Zhenqing's manuscript of sacrifice to her nephew. Calligraphy works such as the manuscript of sacrifice to uncle and the post for seats have been explained deeply and simply, which has deepened everyone's understanding of calligraphy and benefited us from it.

He is now deputy editor-in-chief of calligraphy newspaper, executive editor of calligraphy and painting heaven and earth, member of press and publication committee of China calligraphy and painting association, vice president of Hubei calligraphy and painting association, vice chairman of Hubei calligraphy and painting research association, and member of Chinese calligraphy and poetry. And hired by Tsinghua University, Chongqing University, Shanxi normal University, Shenzhen University, Guangdong Book Court and other colleges and research institutions as visiting professors and researchers.
