On February 25th, the first 2024 symposium of Hubei Development Think Tank was held at our school. The theme of the symposium is "Research on Hubei's Live Streaming Sales Ability and Business Economic Image Enhancement under the Background of Digital Intelligence".
The symposium is jointly organized by the Provincial Federation of Social Sciences and our school, and organized by the Hubei Society of Business Economics, Hubei Logistics Development Research Center, and Hubei Enterprise Culture Research Center. Experts, scholars, and leaders from relevant departments and universities such as the Provincial Federation of Social Sciences, the Provincial Department of Commerce, the Provincial Cyberspace Administration, the Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Wuhan University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Central South University of Economics and Law, and Hubei University, as well as enterprises, participated. Vice President and President of Hubei Business Economics Society, Fu Hong, presided over the event.
The Secretary of the School Party Committee, Gao Yiyong, delivered a speech. He looks forward to providing new ideas and solutions to enhance the live streaming sales capabilities of Hubei through the sincere discussion, and also providing cutting-edge information and path guidance for the discipline construction and scientific research development of our school, promoting deep integration between the school and local economy and society.
Hu Zhonghai, President of the Provincial Council for the Promotion of International Trade, stated that he will weave a dense service enterprise network, expand his international circle of friends, and play a bridging role in deepening the supply chain, providing a platform for supply and demand docking, aggregating the industrial chain, and providing a platform for government enterprise dialogue during the live streaming of Hubei enterprises to promote international exchanges in trade, investment, and services, contributing to the high-quality development of Hubei.
Liu Aiguo, Secretary of the Party Group and Executive Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Social Sciences, pointed out that it is necessary to further promote the formation of a consensus in Hubei to seize the opportunity of live streaming sales, deepen research, and achieve results. The Provincial Federation of Social Sciences will continue to build a better platform for communication and research among the political, business, and academic circles, and build the Hubei Development Think Tank Forum into a think tank brand in the Hubei social science community, contributing to the development of Hubei.
At the meeting, Professor Chen Yiming, Executive Secretary General of the China Society of Business Economics and Chairman of the 56 Think Tank Expert Committee, held thematic exchanges on three aspects: building urban cultural living rooms, empowering live streaming and product upgrading, building boutique city renewal, empowering commercial economy enhancement, and building industry computing centers, AI empowering industry revitalization. Professor Zhang Liyi, the President of the Provincial E-commerce Society and the School of Information Management at Wuhan University, delivered a report on "Digital Intelligence Driven, Promoting the Cultivation of Hubei Live E-commerce Talents". Professor Zheng Changjun from Huazhong University of Science and Technology exchanged ideas on the evolution and reflection of business models, combined with live streaming sales. Xiao Kun, Office Director of China Industrial Internet Research Institute, gave a "thinking on enabling business economy with digital technology". Zuo Ruicheng, Director of the Network Social Work Department of the Cyberspace Administration of the Provincial Party Committee, gave a speech on improving Hubei's live streaming capabilities in light of the current situation of live streaming sales in Hubei. Wang Jinsong, deputy editor in chief of Tiktok Group Hubei, made a speech on behalf of the live broadcast enterprise. In the dialogue segment, representatives from the political, business, and academic circles had an on-site conversation on the theme of "Opportunities and Challenges of Hubei Live Streaming Sales in the Context of Digital Intelligence". Representatives from Hubei Webcast Special Committee, Hubei Nongfu E-Commerce Company, Jiangxia Internet and Information Center, Hubei University of Economics Innovation and Entrepreneurship College, Wuhan Huizengyou Network Technology Company, Yangtze River Live Broadcasting Platform, Suren Culture Media Company made exchange speeches.
