On the afternoon of April 11, 2024, the first Youth Scholars Forum of Hubei University of Economics was held at the Business School. The theme of this forum is Innovation and Practice Exploration of Management Theory under New Quality Productivity. He Huigang, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Hubei University of Economics, Li Ying, Director of the Human Resources Department, Leng Kaijun, Dean of the Business School, Ye Min, Vice Dean, Qian Ling, Vice Dean, department heads, teacher representatives, and young PhDs from outside the school attended. Leng Kaijun, presided over the meeting.
Vice President He Huigang delivered a speech and warmly welcomed the PhDs who participated in this Youth Scholars Forum, introducing the history and characteristics of the School of Business Administration. Invited young PhDs from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Dr. Ren Xinxin, Dr. Yi Jiahui from China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), Dr. Zhang Nian from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Dr. Bai Zhonghu from Huazhong Agricultural University, Dr. Yang Ling from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and Dr. Wang Qiyuan from China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), delivered keynote speeches outside of campus. College leaders, department heads, teacher representatives, and invited young PhDs from outside the school exchange and interact. Finally, the attendees took a group photo as a souvenir.
The first Youth Scholars Forum of Hubei University of Economics has gathered a group of outstanding young talents who have emerged academically, have strong innovative abilities, and great development potential. This sub forum implements the new policy of talent work in schools, focuses on attracting outstanding talents from both domestic and foreign sources, enhances comprehensive understanding of the school and college by various talents, attracts young scholars to come to the university to work and start businesses, conspires for high-quality development of the university, and helps to build a first-class talent gathering highland for new finance and economics.
