In order to further promote the construction of our school's curriculum and improve the teachers' ability in the curriculum, on the afternoon of September 23, 2022, at the invitation of the School of Business Administration, associate professor Wang Yuanyuan, the director of the Human Resources Department of Hubei University and the tutor of master students, came to School of Business Administration to give an academic report entitled "Short video teaching skills for ideological and political courses of management courses". The report was presided over by Deputy Dean Ye Min, and all teachers participated in this lecture.

        Wang Yuanyuan first elaborated his own thinking on management teaching from: the nature and orientation of management courses, the purpose of teaching, teaching difficulties and breakthroughs, seven trends of management education, the management courses,  types of knowledge to be taught by 'Da Xian Sheng' of management courses, and the importance of turning knowledge into wisdom; Secondly, it analyzes the advantages of short video cases in teaching through specific examples; Thirdly, taking the "Management" textbook as an example, it demonstrates the cut in and distribution of short video cases in the teaching process of some chapters; Finally, the source and acquisition methods of short video cases and the editing methods of short video cases are explained and shared in depth.

        Associate Professor Wang Yuanyuan's whole lecture was rich in content, vivid in cases, novel in perspective and profound in purpose, which made the college teachers deeply touched and benefited. It provides new ideas and inspiration for teachers to understand the curriculum more clearly and carry out the curriculum with higher quality.
