2019 national college of business administration specialty teaching steering committee of the whole committee meeting on September 20, was held in chongqing haiyu hot spring hotel in the morning, the executive vice President of our school professor Dai Huayong, director of the Marketing Department Ye Min, dean of law and business school Wang Hong ,director of the industrial and commercial department Wang renjun attended the meeting. The meeting consisted of teaching refers to the committee work report and three conference theme of the report.

The meeting first performed by the xjtlu principals, the ministry of education teaching steering committee, director of the committee of major of industrial and commercial management class professor Xi Youmin did the "new business thinking and realization path of" theme of the speech, the principal Xi Youmin from the new business positioning, the future society need 10 skills, AI oriented society transition and adaptation of human work, business how to adapt to the new digital era, interconnection and AI to reconstruct the ecological management of business education, and the exploration of xi 'an jiaotong-liverpool university and other aspects explained the future development path of the new business department to the participants in detail, and pointed out that the future business management not only needs integration, but also needs to meet the increasingly challenging future with harmonious mind and wisdom.

Teaching steering committee, deputy director of the committee of major of industrial and commercial management class Tian Zhilongnprofessor,  made business management class teaching quality national standard and the implementation of tasks interpret the theme of the speech, professor Tian Zhilong proposted that, "the national standard" is to grasp the quality of teaching work points and the principle, is the social from all walks of life about "quality" of undergraduate course teaching system of language, teaching quality standard has three elements, the basic requirements of the quality standard of express is qualitative and relative level, the quality standard of expression from curriculum system's overall framework, teaching facilities, universities should increase quality security specification. And the implementation of the "national standard" involved in the three links and tasks to do a detailed interpretation.

Teaching steering committee, deputy director of the committee of major of industrial and commercial management class professor Li Weian made a speech theme of"business class discipline construction and teachers' professional development" .In his speech,professor Li Weian started with scientific and technological innovation is increasingly becoming the key driver of social development, combing the development of Chinese management science mode and the business management professional Settings, and so on, put forward the new times the teacher's skills should be from knowledge to innovative thinking, emotional thought and collaborative thinking migration.

Professor zhang weiguo, President of southwest university, made a keynote speech on "thinking on the construction of first-class undergraduate major". Taking the actual situation of the construction of first-class undergraduate major of southwest university as an example, professor zhang weiguo pointed out the direction of the construction of first-class undergraduate major for everyone.

During the meeting, dean Dai and his delegation also made a survey to the business school of southwest university of political science and law. Professor Huang shengzhong, introduced the development of the school to us: the business school of southwest university of political science and law is a young, harmonious, pragmatic and progressive teaching and research unit. Founded in 1985, the school began to enroll business administration undergraduates in 1995 and master's students in 2007. There are 6 undergraduate programs in accounting, auditing, marketing, business administration and labor relations, and 2 professional master programs in auditing and taxation. In terms of education and teaching, the college emphasizes the cultivation of compound talents with both ability and morality, and explores the formation of a talent cultivation mode of "promoting learning through competition, assisting teaching through competition, combining competition and training, and improving practice". In terms of scientific research, over the past five years, the school has hosted more than 120 national and provincial research projects, published 43 monographs and translated works, published 293 papers, among which more than 250 CSSCI journal papers and Chinese core journal papers, and won 23 provincial and ministerial research awards. For the rapid development of the business school of southwest university of political science and law in the past ten years, we all feel that we need to learn its advanced management concept of teaching and research.

The conference and research work were successfully concluded. From the speeches delivered by professors at the conference, we learned the future development path of new business, the implementation tasks of national standards for teaching quality of business administration majors, the construction tasks of business administration majors and the direction of teacher development, as well as the specific contents of the construction of first-class undergraduate majors. We got a lot of enlightenment from the development and construction of the business school of southwest university of political science and law. All these have played a very good role in guiding the construction of first-class undergraduate majors in our college.
