On October 19, career starting point, dream stage -- the 9th national BIM application skills competition for colleges and universities was held in nanjing and changsha in 2019. More than 610 teams from more than 320 colleges and universities competed in the competition.
Under the leadership of teacher Jiang Li from the engineering management department of our school, Li Chengwei, Yang kangyu and An Qi, students from grade 17 of the engineering management department, went to nanjing to participate in the competition on behalf of hubei university of economics. After fierce competition, they won the second prize of the construction management team.
Organized by China construction education association, organized by nanjing institute of engineering, changsha institute of vocational technology and co-organized by Glodon Company Limited, the competition is a large-scale competition activity with the collective participation of the government, enterprises and colleges. This year's contest held in the twelfth year, continuously content form is enduring, whole process cost management disciplines in the whole process of cost plus business as the main line, through the "estimate, budget, settlement and review" four stages, with the help of the Internet +, cloud, big data, such as cutting-edge technology, cultivate the students to be the master the cost of the new technology of high-skilled talents. Under the guidance of teacher jiang li, the team prepared for the competition for nearly four and a half months without any effort.
The competition through the use of BIM software series, based on the practical engineering case, the largest extent, simulate the actual work, realize the BIM collaboration between college construction class specialized, improve the students' practice and innovation ability, enhance the player's team work ability, and cultivate interdisciplinary talents to be able to grasp and application of BIM technology. The students of our school will "be humble in victory and gracious in defeat", keep a positive attitude, and create brilliant achievements in more competitions and more wonderful stages in the future.
