From June 15 to 24, 2020,according to the training plan of Wuhan Intensive Training Base (Hubei University of Economics) of the freight Forwarder Project of the 46th World Skills Competition, in order to improve the practical operation ability of the contestants, improve their communication ability and the ability to cope with emergencies through on-the-spot learning of enterprises,Vice President Professor Leng Kaijun, together with expert group leader of provincial Intensive freight forwarding project Professor Zhou Jianya and coach Lu Lu, led 10 contestants from our school to Haotong International Freight Forwarding Co., LTD for enterprise intensive training.
This enterprise intensive training mainly consists of three parts: case analysis, practical training and practical operation, and job rotation.From the perspective of practical work, problem solving and skills cultivation, courses such as Company Display and Customer Visit, Communication skills, Complaint Handling, Introduction to Terms of trade terms, Basic Knowledge of Land Transportation (Automobile Transportation Cost Accounting, Optimization scheme, Warehousing and Service), basic Knowledge of Air Transportation are set up.The enterprise side selected internal trainers to combine enterprise practice with theory, and went deep into the combination of production, teaching and research, so as to fully cultivate students' practical ability to find, analyze and solve problems. The training was a complete success.
As the training base of freight forwarder project of the 46th World Skills Competition, our institute will further strengthen the construction of intensive training base. According to the characteristics of new assessment methods and rules, combined with the actual situation of enterprises, we will quickly train outstanding freight forwarder players.Strengthen the practical training of the competitors in well-known multinational logistics and transportation enterprises at home and abroad, improve the knowledge reserve level, promptness of response and language expression ability of the competitors;Explore and promote the breakthrough of the project in training resources, and strengthen international communication and exchange;Taking the opportunity of optimizing the professional talent team, we will strengthen the province with talents, drive more young employees to love skills, devote themselves to skills and become skilled talents, create a good atmosphere of glorious labor, precious skills and great creation, and make new contributions to national and urban development.
As a national 4A modern comprehensive service logistics enterprise, Haotong Group has been successively awarded the title of Hunan Customs Clearance Agent Center and Foreign trade Comprehensive Service enterprise by Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce and Hunan Provincial Department of Finance. During the epidemic period, haotong Group cooperated with our university and made important contributions to the deployment of a large number of livelihood materials in Wuhan.
