The workshop on "Teaching Knowledge and Methods", sponsored by International Association for Chinese Management Research (IACMR) and undertaken by Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, was held in Nanjing from 9-11 October 2020.

Professor Liang Neng from China Europe International Business School, Professor Jing Runtian from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Professor Li Xuhong from Fudan University and Professor Zhang Zhixue from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University had in-depth exchange and discussion with more than 50 professors and teachers from colleges and universities all over the country on the topic of "Organizational Management Teaching research".

Dr. Shao Danping, a teacher from the Department of Human Resource Management of our college, participated in the three-day workshop and won the "Teaching Excellence Award" in the teaching demonstration on behalf of the team during the practical training. The workshop hasa lot of important or interesting ideas. Participants expressed that their academic vision, teaching skills and methods could be broadened, and their teaching plans could be improved.
