On October 24-26, 2025, the 2025 Autumn International Certification Seminar hosted by ACBSP China Office was successfully held in Beijing. The conference focused on the theme of "promoting continuous improvement through evaluation based on ACBSP certification standards", and Marketing Department teacher Bai Zhonghu participated in the seminar.

This meeting emphasizes that the core of certification reports lies in the process rather than the results. The meeting is divided into two parts. In the morning, we will explain how to understand certification work from the perspective of Standard 4. In the afternoon, we will focus on practical operations and emphasize the importance of evaluating data. The meeting pointed out that certification reports should truthfully demonstrate the process rather than pursuing data indicators, and review experts are more concerned about the integrity of the process and academic standards. In addition, the meeting also emphasized the completeness of the evaluation plan, requiring all majors to submit evaluation plans and verify teaching improvements through data. Finally, the meeting suggested that each college prepare certification reports as soon as possible to ensure the steady progress of certification work.

This seminar has brought significant benefits to the attending teachers: deepening their understanding of the "process oriented" concept of ACBSP certification, clarifying the ideas of data application for teaching improvement, mastering the key points of evaluation plan writing and certification preparation, and accumulating experience for the subsequent certification and talent cultivation quality improvement of the marketing department.
