From February 24th to 26th, 2023, the "2022 China Logistics Academic Annual Conference Cross Annual Meeting and 2023 (15th) Logistics Industry University Research Integration Work Conference" jointly organized by the China Logistics Society, China Logistics and Procurement Federation, and Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission was held in Nanjing. The theme of the annual meeting is "2023 Development Trends and Key Tasks of Modern Logistics in China", with a deep focus on "accelerating the integration of logistics resources, filling the gaps in rural logistics, coordinating logistics hubs, strengthening the resilience and stability of industrial and supply chains, strengthening logistics strategies to support new patterns, and extending international logistics networks".

He Liming, Secretary and President of the Party Committee of the China Logistics and Procurement Federation, Ji Ming, Deputy Director of the Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Huang Hui, Vice Chairman of the Nanjing Municipal Political Consultative Conference and concurrently Director of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, and Zhang Huiqi, Director of the Jiangning Development Zone Management Committee, attended and delivered speeches at the meeting. Zhang Jiangbo, Deputy Director of the Economic and Trade Department of the National Development and Reform Commission, and Ren Haoxiang, President of the China Logistics Association and Vice President of the China Logistics and Procurement Federation, attended the meeting and delivered keynote speeches. Cai Jin, Vice President of the China Logistics and Procurement Federation and Director of the Expert Committee of the China Logistics Society, and He Dengcai, Vice President of the China Logistics and Procurement Federation and Secretary General of the China Logistics Society, respectively presided over the plenary meetings. Over a thousand leaders, experts, scholars, entrepreneurs, representatives from universities, and research institutions in the field of logistics from 29 provinces, regions, and cities across the country attended the meeting.

Professor Bi Ya from the School of Business Administration of Hubei University of Economics delivered a keynote speech at the National Forum on Project Application and High level Paper Publishing under the theme of "Topic Selection, Problem Solving, and Thinking Divergence of Scientific Research Projects". At the subsequent roundtable meeting, he also met with Professor Feng Gengzhong, Dean of the School of Management of Xi'an Jiaotong University, Professor He Yong, Director of the Department of Management Science and Engineering of Southeast University, and Professor Dan Bin, School of Economics and Business Administration of Chongqing University Professor Zhang Qingyu, Director of the Institute of Business Analysis and Supply Chain Research at Shenzhen University, and others conducted interactive exchanges around the theme of "Logistics Research for Serving Society". In addition, the School of Business Administration of Hubei University of Economics has been approved as the first batch of "China Logistics Society Industry University Research Base", and Professor Leng Kaijun's paper achievements have won the third prize of the 7th Excellent Paper Award of the Society.

Through this participation, we have promoted the scientific research achievements of our teachers in the forefront of logistics academic research, expanded their influence in the field of logistics, and will promote our teachers to identify goals, gather strength, and work hard in external exchanges.
