With the trend of digital transformation and upgrading of enterprises, the demand for digital management talents in society has surged, and the training plan for human resource management talents urgently needs to be adjusted with the times. On the afternoon of April 18, 2023, under the leadership of Vice Dean Ye Min, a research team consisting of Professor Deng Jinchao from the Department of Human Resources and full-time teachers of the Human Resources Management Course Group, Cheng Zhihui, Wang Shuoshi, and Zhai Xinting, went to Hengda School of Management at Wuhan University of Science and Technology for research and study. Qiu Yulian, Vice President of Hengda School of Management, Ma Jinping, Director of the Human Resources Department, and Zhang Min, Vice Director of the Department, Professor Li Yongzhou, and Dr. Li Yang attended the event.
Firstly, both parties greet each other. Subsequently, our Vice Dean Ye Min and Vice Dean Qiu Yulian of Hengda School of Management had in-depth exchanges on the school's professional settings, talent cultivation positioning and characteristics, student internships and employment, and other aspects. Subsequently, Professor Deng Jinchao, the subject leader of our school, and Director Ma of the Human Resources Department of Hengda School of Management, introduced the development history and current situation of their respective human resources management majors to each other. Professor Li Yongzhou of Hengda School of Management made important supplements on the professional characteristics and shared his valuable experience. Finally, teachers from both sides also discussed the construction of courses related to digital human resource management. The entire research process was lively and productive.
Through this research, our human resource management major has identified its own development gap and also clarified its future development ideas, which is of great significance for the subsequent revision of our human resource management talent training plan.
