On the afternoon of May 24, 2021, the deputy dean Ye Min, Professor Fu Jiarong, and Dr. Cheng Zhihui of the Department of Human Resources of our hospital went to Hubei Human Resources Center (Hubei Fangzhen Human Resources Group) (hereinafter referred to as "Fangzhen Group") to carry out School-enterprise cooperative research activities. Xiong Wei, Vice President of Phalanx Group, Liu Jun, General Manager of the Subsidiary, and Zhu Leiyun, Director of Marketing Department, accompanied the survey throughout the entire process.

Vice President Xiong Wei led our institute to visit the newly-built office building of the company, and introduced in detail the current company's business development and future development prospects. He also proposed that the company can conduct in-depth exchanges and cooperation with our institute in employment, training, and social talent evaluation in the future.

Deputy Dean Ye Min introduced the current situation of our school's discipline and professional development to the head of the company. In particular, she put forward expectations and directions on how to combine the advantages of our school with the cooperation of the Phalanx Group in personnel training and subject research in the future.

The two parties had a pleasant discussion in this research activity and reached a preliminary consensus on school-enterprise cooperation. In the future, the two parties will steadily advance practical cooperation. The entire investigation activity ended successfully.
