On the afternoon of October 25th, Mr. Cheng Zhihui, the deputy director of the Department of Human Resources, gave a public lecture on mobilization and guidance for graduation thesis for the 2022 graduates of human resource management in classroom J2-305. Lectures centered on the graduation thesis issues that students are concerned about, and systematically started from the school graduation thesis work arrangements and requirements, thesis topic selection and topic opening, document retrieval and management, etc.

First of all, Mr. Cheng publicized and implemented the overall requirements and important spirit of the school's 2022 graduation thesis, focusing on the goals and tasks of each key time node. Then, around the thesis selection and topic opening, Mr. Cheng gave a knowledge explanation and examples from the process of scientific research, the types of research topics and common undergraduate thesis styles. Then, focusing on document retrieval, management and reading, Mr. Cheng introduced common domestic and foreign document database resources and document retrieval methods, and shared his own experience in document management software and document reading skills. Finally, Mr. Cheng made a summary of the lecture and put forward expectations and requirements to the students. He hoped that the students would cherish the opportunity to write the graduation essay, and encourage everyone to take the first step bravely, remember to text their ideas, and strengthen communication and exchanges with the instructor. He hopes that the students will strive to complete their graduation thesis as soon as possible with quality and quantity, and draw a successful end to university life.

The lecture lasted for nearly 100 minutes. The whole sharing process was in a good atmosphere. The students actively thought and recorded, and communicated and discussed with the teacher regarding their confusion in topic selection.
