The Program is scheduled 21days, included 14days in university campus and 7 days to visiting around Western US. The two-week study program includes intensive lectures relating to the United States Financial Economy system: finance and accounting seminars, specialized lectures designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of US economy, combined with American Culture and Language Development, lectures, seminars and practice.

The American Culture and Financial Economy (ACFE) Program at the CSU Stanislaus campus offers students enrolled at HBUE the opportunity to become familiar with American Culture and Financial Markets, Financial Institutions, Corporations and Investors in the United States as outlined below. This Agreement is subject to the availability of funds and other resources of either Party.
