In order to complete the revision of our training program with high quality and further improve the quality of our school's personnel training, under the guidance of the school's opinions on revising the full-time undergraduate training program for general undergraduates, our school held a demonstration meeting on the training program of electronic information engineering professionals. Professor Wang Hong, School of Information Technology, Wuhan University of Technology, Associate Professor Zhong Zhifeng, School of Accounting and Information, Hubei University, Associate Professor Zou Lianying, School of Electrical Information, Wuhan University of Engineering, and General Manager Wang Chengtao of Wuhan Yisida Technology Co., Ltd. were invited to attend the meeting. At the same time, the leading group of our school and the teachers of Electronics Department participated in the meeting.

       The meeting was chaired by Secretary Deng Zhihua. At the meeting, Secretary Deng first extended warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to the experts for their presence and guidance. Then, Vice-Dean Tian Hao, Vice-Dean Wang Bo and Chairman Lu Zhicheng of the Department of Electronics reported to the experts at the meeting on the revision of the specialty and training program of electronic information engineering in our school. After carefully listening to the report and reviewing the training program, the experts agreed that the training program for the major of electronic information engineering in our school has accurate orientation, clear objectives, combined with the needs of industry development and school characteristics; the curriculum is set properly, the hours and credits are set reasonably, and the practical links are arranged appropriately. In addition, the expert group also put forward many valuable opinions and suggestions on how to implement the quality of professional education newly promulgated by the Ministry of Education and promote the professional certification of Engineering education.

       Secretary Deng Zhihua thanked the expert group for its valuable comments and asked the responsible teachers of the Department of Electronics to combine the expert opinions and suggestions to further improve the training program
