Gao Ren, dean of our school, Wang Bo, vice dean and Luo Liji, secretary of the Alliance, attended the meeting.
The conference was organized by the School of Computer and Information Engineering of Hubei University. The participants in the conference were eight universities, including Hubei University, Hubei School of Economics, Central South University for Nationalities, Hubei University of Technology, Wuhan University of Engineering, Wuhan Textile University, Wuhan University of Light Industry and Hubei Second Normal School. The dean, deputy dean and secretary of each unit alliance of the school and general manager of Sun Hainan of Soft Emperor Group totaled more than 40 people. The meeting was chaired by Wang Shi-tu, dean of Computer and Information Engineering School of Hubei University.
At the meeting, Pan Yongcai, secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Computer and Information Engineering of Hubei University, first delivered a welcome speech. He said that the eight-school cooperation alliance for the cultivation of computer professionals in Hubei Province, through the school-enterprise cooperation alliance, jointly explored and formulated training objectives and training programs, jointly constructed courses and development courses, jointly built laboratories and training practice bases, jointly trained teachers, and jointly carried out research, etc. The responsibility community of computer education in local schools and universities in Hubei Province has been established. At the same time, he said that university cooperation and the establishment of cooperative alliances are the needs of society. They can learn from each other's good teaching experience and management model, exchange their advantages and make up for their weaknesses, and achieve common progress and win-win cooperation.
Dean Wang Shi-tu introduced the attendees, and made a speech on how to improve the professional construction of new subjects, adjust the professional training system and improve the standards of personnel training.
The conference also discussed the arrangement of the four joint examination courses in this semester, the exchange of experience in undergraduate teaching auditing and evaluation, the construction of practical teaching bases, the exchange of experience in the enrollment of computer major students and personnel training programs and the reform of credit system.
It is reported that the Hubei Computer Professional Training Cooperation Alliance was established in 2004. It is a close cooperative organization aiming at training computer professionals and improving teaching quality by means of School-School cooperation and school-enterprise cooperation.
