Firstly,Mrs Wu Qianqian introduced the academic background and theoretical research results of Professor Liu Chang to the teachers and students, and expressed the gratitude and welcome to his arrival. Professor Liu Chang talked about the formation process of contracts and consensus through a simple example of commercial trade from the early Western parliamentary system, and then explained how decentralized application is formed.
In view of the current development status of smart contracts, Professor Liu Chang pointed out that smart contracts realize software-defined, decentralized economic and social systems through data democracy.
