(Correspondent Xiang Chen)On 26th Mar, the 2+2 double undergraduate program of Florida Institute of Technology（Florida Tech）was jointly held by the Division for International Cooperation and Exchanges and the school of information and communication engineering of HBUE.President Dr. T. Dwayne McCayand Vice present Monica h. Balogaof Florida Tech explained the program in detail. Hong Wang, director of international exchange and cooperation department host the meeting. Deputy secretary Yuqiong Tu and vice President Hongyan Li of the school of information and communication engineering attended the meeting.

Vice present Monica h. Balogapresented the campus’ scenery and showed that many students studied in the United States become versatile and practical talents and gain international friendshipthrough Sino-American cooperative programs. Then Dr. T. Dwayne McCay introduced the rich campus life and warmlywelcomes our students to study in their university.

After the meeting, the two sides exchanged information about the operational process, related policies and our students’ basic information.
