    The teachers also conducted exchanges and discussions on the college's talent training, scientific research, teacher evaluation, teaching management, and talent incentive mechanism based on the difficulties and problems encountered in their work. The leaders of the college listened carefully to the opinions and suggestions put forward by the teachers.

    In the conclusion Jingyue Sun said that the college will carefully sort out the opinions and suggestions put forward by everyone, and take corresponding measures to actively work to solve them, so as to create a good atmosphere for the development of young doctors and create better conditions.
