Liu Fen, born in 1983, lecturer, obtained the Ph.D from Huazhong University of Science

and Technology in 2015 with a major in management science and engineering. Her research

interests are e-commerce and mobile commerce. In recent years, she has published more 

than 10 academic papers in national and international journals,such as《management review》《Internet Research》 and so on. She has participated in 2 National Natural Science 

Foundations of China, and 3 enterprise research projects.
