On the afternoon of February 2nd, our college held the online tutorial meeting for the application of national self-science fund projects.

Prof. Ai Chunrong, a famous economist and President's Chair Professor of School of Economics and Management, Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), was invited to the conference.

Professor Cao Xiaoyong, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of International Economics and Trade at UIBE, and Professor Shao Shuai, Executive Director of the Research Center for Energy Economics and Environmental Policy at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.

Lu Xiaocheng, vice president of our school, Liu Guowu, director of the scientific research office, and Sheng Wei, deputy director of our school attended the meeting, which was presided over by Qi Hang, assistant dean of our school.

At the meeting, 7 teachers of our institute introduced the basis of project establishment, research content, key scientific problems, innovation points and other aspects of their own project application.

The three review experts examined each teacher's topic selection and research ideas respectively, and gave key guidance for the shortcoming of the unsuccessful application last time.

Vice President Lu Xiaocheng pointed out in his speech that teachers should cherish the platform set up by the college and actively communicate directly and deeply with experts to lay a foundation for the successful application of the project.

Professor Liu Guowu, director of the Scientific Research Office, thanked the three experts for their wonderful comments. He asked the teachers to constantly refine and refine the application in strict accordance with the opinions of the experts, and strive to achieve more fruitful results in 2021.

Deputy Director Sheng Wei also said that he would provide practical help for everyone in the application process of the project.
