At 14:00 on the afternoon of 27th, a symposium on discipline construction was held in conference room 406 of the law school, chaired by professor Ji lei, vice dean of scientific research in charge of our school. Ji dean first of all, on behalf of the school said the warmly welcome the arrival of teacher wang, then to teacher wang introduces in detail the hospital about the subject construction, talent cultivation, teaching staff, etc. According to the actual situation of our school, professor wang quanxing provided valuable experience and Suggestions in supporting young scholars, academic team building, and student training quality.

After the exchange, Professor Wang quanxing was invited to give a lecture on rethinking the relationship between labor law and civil law in the new era in room j2-106 of hubei university of economics. Liu dahong, deputy secretary of the party committee of hubei university of economics, and teachers and students of the law school attended the lecture. Professor wang quanxing firstly explained the background and problems of the theme of this lecture, and put forward the division of labor and cooperation between civil law, labor law and social security law in the new era with the development process of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the axis. Then, from the reflection of the study on the relationship between the department law, the perspective of comparative law, the perspective of legal theory, the perspective of legislative law and the perspective of legal application, this paper systematically expounds the research thoughts on the relationship between the civil law and the labor law. Finally, Mr. Wang analyzed a real case where a court decided that the company's bonus was labor remuneration, and pointed out that the recognition of labor remuneration would affect the applicable law, thus vividly explaining to everyone how to think about the relationship between labor law and civil law.
