This visit implemented the International Chinese Language Education Going Global Strategy, one of the ten major projects under the 2025 New Economics and Finance reform. The visits to Kenya and Egypt aimed to understand the conditions of African universities, their disciplinary strengths, Confucius Institute establishment experience, and the market demands of Chinese-invested enterprises. Signing multiple cooperation agreements expanded our partners and strategic resources in Africa, promoting cooperation in China-Africa cultural exchanges, joint talent cultivation, and youth innovation and entrepreneurship. This actively built a platform and laid a solid foundation for our university to pragmatically advance China-Africa cooperation.
