On December 9^th, the project implementation meeting on Information Management and Information System joint undergraduate cooperation project between HBUE and AUM was successfully held. AUM Delegation visited including Dr. Jan Lyn , Vice Chancellor, Dr. Joy Clark, Associate Provost, Dr. Eric Yang, Director of Asia Initiatives, Dr. David Ang, Department Chair of Business School. Wen Xingsheng, the Party Secretary warmly welcomed the guests. He Huigang, Vice President presided over the project implementation meeting, and the department heads of Teaching Affairs Department, International Exchange & Cooperation Department and School of Information Management attended the meeting.

At the meeting, He Huigang pointed out that the joint undergraduate cooperation project was running smoothly, which highlights Internationalization of school management, and he is full of confidence in exploring further areas of cooperation.Issues discussed at the meeting included: the implementation of the project, the course credits recognition, GPA calculation, teaching arrangements and the first batch of HBUE students to AUM for their 4^th year-study in 2016.

In the evening, the AUM delegation went to the School of Information Management conference room and carried out a discussion with the first cohort of students. Dr. Jan Lyn extended his warm welcome to the students who are ready to study in AUM next year. She says AUM has made a lot of preparations for the arrival of HBUE students, and it will provide a better learning and living environment for the students. Subsequently, Dr. Jan Lyn and his entourage have given detailed answers to questions raised by students such like the English requirements, course arrangement, credit calculation, graduation requirements, master's application, cost and life support, etc.
