Last week, Hubei University of Economics embraced the blooming cherry blossoms brilliant as clouds, attracting faculty,students and alumni to come over to appreciate the flowers as well as enjoy the beauty of spring. At present, the cherry blossoms in the main distribution areas such as Dangui Road are withering in intervals. Some beautiful pictures are specially selected for the readers.

There are more than 1800 cherry trees on the campus, including different varieties namely Oshima Cherry,Yoshino Cherry,Huazhong Cherry,Wild Mountain Cherry,Red Pink Beauty and Cherry Blossom, mainly distributed in Dangui Road, Qinren slope, Yisu Hall Square,the southeast corner of the east gate, and the outer ring of Tenglong Avenue, etc. In 2023, there are 650 new cherry trees planted in the areas including Qinren slope, Cherry Avenue, Qunxian Building, Zhixing Building and Library, etc.
